Job Duties

• Handles Administration of pre and post contract.
• Responsible for the preparation of quantity takeoff, cost estimate analysis, variation and forecasting of future/final cost.
• Prepare re-measurements based on the latest design information in order to achieve accurate cost forecasting for sub-contractor and direct works.
• Manage subcontract orders, preliminary evaluations, inquiring of quotation, and valuation of final accounts.
• Tender submission requirements preparation and co-ordination as required or needed.

 Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• Preferably 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Extensive work experience as Quantity Surveyor in large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred
• Experience on the quantity surveying processes and techniques.
• With relevant knowledge on the implementation of ISO accepted procedure.
• Well versed on locally and internationally accepted codes and standards.
• Must be willing to work in Makati (Along Chino Roces Ave. near Walter Mart).
