Job Duties

• To conduct assessments of hvac designs to ensure that they meet the required specifications and standards within allotted timeline.
• To verify and prove that hvac systems in data centre build and function according to the requirement.
• To execute, lead n manages the commissioning process across all projects, from start-up, designing, construction, acceptance, functional performance and systems testing to operational turnover.
• Management of 3rd party commissioning agents, supplier, contractor, client to resolve any issues on site.
• Conduct thorough testing and inspection of mechanical systems to verify performance and compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare and maintain detailed commissioning documentation, including test reports, system performance data, and compliance records
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve any issues and ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
• Ensure all mechanical systems meet local regulations, industry standards, and project requirements.
• Identify and address any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning process to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide regular updates on commissioning progress, including any challenges and resolutions, to project stakeholders.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical commissioning, with a focus on data centers or large-scale infrastructure projects
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC systems, and commissioning processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
