Key Responsibilities

Main Accountabilities

• Perform final checks of service proposals prior to issuance.
• Lead and attend kick-off, coordination, and clarification meetings.
• Ensure timely and high-quality submission of deliverables.
• Execute tasks assigned by the Commercial Manager.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the 1DCS Quantity Surveying Team.
• Conduct final QA/QC reviews prior to the submission of deliverables.
• Oversee the administration and management of the QS Team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Expertise in Quantity Surveying, especially in Commercial and Estimating functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management.
• Solid organizational skills with a commitment to ensuring high-quality outcomes.
