Job Duties

Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.

Proactively develop and nurture a strong talent pool by leveraging diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referral programs.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and candidate success profiles, crafting clear, compelling job descriptions, and implementing effective sourcing strategies.

Enhance the candidate on-boarding experience from the initial interaction through to the job offer stage.

Play a key role in employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice and attract top talent in a competitive market.

Provide assistance with various HR-related areas, including but not limited to industrial relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the construction industry.

A strong ability to identify and engage high-potential talent across various channels effectively.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to influence decisions and build strong partnerships with stakeholders.

A resourceful mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and challenges simultaneously

Familiarity with recruitment tools and expertise in professional networks such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
