Set up and establish Aconex on all new projects.
Collaborate with Tender teams to establish Aconex for new tenders.
Train all users, including Document Controllers, Engineers, and Project teams, in Aconex.
Act as the BU Champion for support, assistance, system updates, and liaison with Corporate Aconex and Quality teams.
Assist and support the startup of all new projects from a quality control perspective, working with early project teams to:
Develop workflows and lots
Finalize the Quality Management Plan for client approval
Implement the Project Management System (PMS)
Assist the BU Quality Manager with Business Unit Quality Control matters as directed, such as:
Reviewing and importing documents into IPKL
Supporting BU Quality Audits
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as Company and Group policies and processes.
Ensure compliance with CMS requirements for Quality and Document Control processes.
Education: Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 4–5 years’ experience in a Document Control/Quality Coordinator role.
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Behavioral:Strong analytical and communication skills, effective time management, and adaptability.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.Demonstrates a commercial mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
