To input the design, development, and timely submission of all visual elements and templates for EOIs and Tenders, ensuring each component meets high-quality standards and aligns with budgetary and scheduling constraints. This role involves collaborating closely with cross- functional teams to ensureconsistency, brand alignment, and visual appeal. The position requires proactive planning, attention to detail, and adaptability to maintain a streamlined design workflow that supports the successful delivery of EOIs and Tenders on time and within budget. A key requirement of this role supports SharePoint access requests for bid teams in alignment with Bid Team approved registers to manage secure access to confidential submission information
The role is responsible for providing support to commercial planning for projects; tracking and reporting project costs and cash flows against budget; preparing, submitting, and tracking monthly progress claims to client; preparing procurement schedules; sub contractor evaluation and preparation of contracts in conjunction with project teams WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF minimizing financial cost, maximizing financial recovery and limiting contractual and commercial exposure to dispute. This will be a shared resource in the LAIO organization.
The role is responsible for any Commercial and/or Estimating related tasks a Business Unit within the Group may require, with the objective of minimizing financial risk, maximizing financial recovery and limiting contractual and commercial exposure to dispute.

The role is responsible for executing and managing BIM/digital engineering work; adding value and bringing digital innovation to design engineering and construction aspects of projects; conducting reviews and providing input for tenders and post award projects WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF delivering high quality and timely BIM/digital engineering services to the organisation in line with Leighton’s Digital Engineering Initiative and standard operating procedures. This will be a shared resource in the LAIO organization.
