The role is responsible for ensuring planning and programming is performed to a high consistent standard across the business WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF accurate planning for driving timely project execution and at the same protecting time related commercial exposure.
Site-based labour officer to monitor and support the progress of wages / MPF payment and handle labour relations matters.
The role is responsible for standardizing the commissioning process and creating a platform for continuous improvement in M&E projects; driving improvements into the commissioning program to maximize operational output by minimizing resource expenditure; driving compliance with process guidelines and quality standards; adhering to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) norms in all project activities; leading the Commissioning team, operation team, and collaborating with cross-functional team of experts; building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. Accountable for performance, work processes and practices covering field and construction operations, and budget and cost management schedule and schedule management of national teams WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF delivering M&E projects to the satisfaction of the client, compliance with project specification/ program within financial and non-financial goals established for the project.
A Commissioning Engineer effectively coordinates, leads, and supervises the quality & commissioning process including contractual deliverables. Coordinate with all departments to ensure a smooth handover from construction through to commissioning and client hand over, including extensive follow-up with contractors, vendors, and the client site team.
