You will join our Talent Acquisition team to help support the our resourcing activities. The key responsibilities
of the role will be to:
• Carry out jobs postings and perform phone screen candidates
• Schedule shortlisted candidates for interviews
• Monitor and track progress of shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process
• Arrange for pre-recruitment medical checkup and other formalities
• Prepare employment contracts and other related documentation
• General administrative duties including updating HR systems
Requirements
• Possess at least NITEC qualifications
• At least 1 year relevant work experience in a resourcing function, in particular the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Proficient in MS Office and prior experience using Peoplesoft
• Must be a good team player and able to work independently
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to deal with high volume of work
• Results driven and meticulous
