We are seeking a creative and dynamic Media Production Intern to join our team. As a Video Content Producer Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping PSA’s image by producing and filming engaging video clips that highlight our diverse business units, spotlight our employees and interns, and refresh our existing collaterals. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in video production and social media marketing while working with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:
• Create, film, and edit video content that reflects the essence of each business unit within our organization. This includes brainstorming ideas, scripting, shooting, and post-production work.
• Spotlight our employees and interns by producing video profiles that share their experiences, skills, and contributions to the company.
• Assist in revamping our existing set of marketing collaterals to ensure they align with our brand and message. This may involve creating video snippets to enhance brochures, presentations, and web content.
• Collaborate with our social media team to schedule and post video content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with our branding guidelines.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Organisation Development team to brainstorm and conceptualize fresh, creative ideas for engaging video content that tells our unique story.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in mass communications, video production, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in video production, editing, and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• A strong passion for storytelling and creating compelling visual content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
