Working in the Talent Acquisition department, the job responsibilities of the successful incumbent will include:
• Develop and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders, including career
services offices, faculty, and student organizations
• Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions,
and networking events
• Having end-to-end oversight of intern management process, ensuring a smooth transition
into the organization
• Coordinate internship program logistics, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance
evaluations
• Driving new initiatives to enhance internship experience and work with stakeholders to
review PSA internship program.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, providing guidance and support
throughout their internship experience
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment and internship
management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Possess at least 1 year experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or related area
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage
with students, faculty, and hiring managers
• Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Results-driven and takes ownership and accountability
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• A strong relationship builder who can engage effectively across diverse groups and stakeholders
• Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment
• Proactive and a team player
• Working knowledge of editing software such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro etc • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
