The incumbent will help with the logistics and coordination of Family Day (FD) and also other administrative duties. Duties would be as follows:
• Administrative duties
• Coordinate, track and consolidate FD ticket orders, meal voucher orders
• Attend and handle any queries on FD by shared services admin and staff
• Prep data file for salary / flex ben deduction
• Assist in preparing letters to staff and in coordinating the distribution of tickets and meal vouchers
• Assist in liaison with events management
Requirements
• Possess a minimum of NITEC or GCE “O” level qualifications
• Fresh school leavers are also welcome to apply
• Good organizational skills and be attentive to details
• Effective communication skills and a team player
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
