Operations Data Management
· Maintain vessel and volume records
· Update and prepare operational reports
HR and General Administrative Matters
· Maintain and update personnel records
· Handle applications and renewals of Employment Pass (EP)/Dependent Pass (DP) & PSA Pass
· Prepare and arrange business travel logistics
· Process reimbursement claims
General Office and Facility Management
· Oversee company vehicle maintenance, insurance, and road tax renewals.
· Arrange courier services and manage contract filing systems.
· Serve as Secretary to the General Manager, handling meeting coordination and correspondence.
· Oversee office maintenance needs, including sanitation and repairs.
· Manage office purchases, including stationery and pantry supplies.

Requirements:
· NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
· Good organization and time management skills
· Able to multi-task and work as a team player
· Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
