This role sits within the Talent Acquisition Department and offers the opportunity to shape PSA’s employer branding efforts while engaging with the next generation of talent through campus initiatives.
1. Content Creation for Employer Branding (Social Media)
- Lead end-to-end content creation for employer branding across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Develop engaging posts, videos, infographics, and stories to enhance PSA’s employer brand visibility.
- Work with stakeholders to conceptualize, plan and create engaging and compelling content (posts, video, images) that highlights job opportunities, employment value propositions (EVPs) as well as showcases the company’s culture and values, aligning with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Handle post-production editing, including video editing, graphic design adjustments, and performance analysis.
- Track content performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
2. Campus Outreach & Engagement
- Plan and execute campus outreach activities to attract and engage top student talent.
- Organize and career fairs, campus talks, company visits, and internship programs in collaboration with universities and polytechnics.
- Develop informative materials to present PSA effectively to students and faculty.
- Foster partnerships with educational institutions to maintain a strong campus presence.
- Evaluate event outcomes and gather feedback to improve future outreach efforts
- Support digitalization projects that will streamline manual and mundane processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a creative flair for content development.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and basic design/editing software.
- Passion for employer branding and talent attraction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.
