About the role

Reporting to the Information Technology Delivery Manager, the role of the Junior Digital Business Analyst is to provide full life cycle delivery and support of our digital channels.  The Junior Digital Business Analyst will be involved in the support of and requirements capture, build, test and release management for our digital channels (listed below). They will also be an escalation point as subject matter expert for “business as usual” support and change for our WordPress websites.  

Duties

• 1st Level Support & Issue Resolution – Investigate and resolve issues, provide SME support, maintain documentation, assist users, update Jira tickets, and escalate when needed.
• Requirements Analysis – Document user stories, facilitate communication, manage expectations, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• System Testing & Delivery – Ensure UAT readiness, execute and monitor test scripts, and support project milestones.
• Change Request Management – Develop and implement business requests, schedule and communicate production changes.
• Knowledge Management & Process Improvement – Document website elements, contribute to the Knowledge Base, and improve processes.
• Website Maintenance & Support – Ensure timely patching, upgrades, and maintenance, working closely with the Operations Team.

Skills and experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop and communicate requirements to relevant audiences.
• Understanding of Search Engine Optimization
• Ability to work with the developers to provide them with input from which they may write code applicable to the requirement from the business
• Capable to assist and support the business as they prepare for and execute UAT phases
• Understanding of WordPress as a content management system
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within the Business and Technology teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Team player and wiliness to expand responsibilities to get something across the line.
