About the Role

The Supply Chain Business Analyst will play a lead role in driving the transformation of our supply chain platforms and operations across the organisation. Working closely with cross-functional teams — including Finance, Warehousing, Client Services, Operations, and IT — the analyst will lead the modernisation of supply chain systems and processes.

Duties

  • Evaluate existing supply chain processes, including purchasing, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment of supply chain transformation initiatives with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Gather, document, and prioritise business requirements related to supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate RFP’s for system change.
  • Work collaboratively with IT, external vendors, and supply chain stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
  • Be Technical SME for Supply Chain and connecting systems. 

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years Extensive experience working as Business Analyst
  • 5+ years experience working with systems ERP, warehouse and transport management in a 3PL or supply chain logistics.
  • Strong process modelling and business analysis skills, with a good understanding of accounting and management reporting.
