About the role
As part of a team of Aged Care Support Leaders, you will provide supervision, guidance, and support to our front line Aged Care workforce to ensure quality service delivery to our clients. This is a new permanent part time, job share opportunity offering 25 hours a week, with a 5-hour work day. This is a hybrid role, where the successful candidate will be able to work some days each week from home or from your nearest LWB office in Melbourne.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with our Talent & Attraction, Rostering and Care Coordination teams to ensure our workforce needs are met
- Provide supervision and support to team members
- Ensure Support Workers are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties
- Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Skills & experience
- Demonstrated people management and leadership experience of a geographically dispersed team
- Demonstrated experience working in a flexible and innovative way in responding to the needs of clients
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong coordination, leadership and peer support skills.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
