About the role
We are looking for a female support worker who is experienced in supporting those with complex needs, and is available to support a female client who lives independently in Dianella 9AM-2PM on a Friday.
Working as part of the community and lifestyle team, you will facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with service users in a positive and proactive environment. You will be actively supporting their individual needs and creating a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
Our clients primary diagnosis is intellectual disability, and receives Assistance with Daily Living and Community Participation support. The client requires support with, but not limited to:
- Attending and scheduling medical appointments
- Transport, such as providing direct transport with their personal vehicle
- Supporting the client to increase social and community participation
- Providing assistance with daily living to support the person to live as independently as possible
Skills & Experience
- Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
- Certificate III Community Welfare, Disability or similar
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
