About the Role
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance.
These are permanent part time positions only, full availability for at least one of the lines listed below is required. Please advise as part of your application which line is your preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Offer opportunities for choice, self-expression, and active involvement across all facets of our daily care services
- Follow personalised support and behaviour plans while assisting clients with daily living activities and encouraging community engagement
- Track and document an individual’s progress through thorough record-keeping
- Providing support to clients who have complex needs or challenging behaviours
Skills & Experience
- An unrestricted New South Wales driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Committed to work flexible work hours across the week, including public holidays
- Ability to use basic technology and software on a mobile and desktop
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
