About the role
In this role of NDIS Claiming Officer will receive and process NDIS payment requests. This is a 12 month full time maximum term contract due to a team member being successful in an internal secondment opportunity. This role can be located from anywhere across our national footprint with full flexibility to work from home or one of our offices, wherever you work best.

Key Responsibilities 
 

  • Processing a high volume of NDIS payment requests via the NDIA portal
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of invoices to NDIS customers and Plan Managers for services rendered for a fee to clients
  • Accurate record keeping and maintaining the Payment Request Trackers and other financial logs
  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly, monthly and year end NDIS payment request data  

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as an NDIS Claiming Officer with a strong understanding of claiming processes, reconciliations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a fast paced, fluid environment
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with financial data, systems, and client records
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with a positive can-do attitude
  • A focus on best practice and efficiencies

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check (paid for by us).
