About the role
This role is responsible for providing functional systems support for organisational business systems managed by Group Risk Performance and Impact (GRPI).
In this role, you will report to the Manager, Incident Management Systems, and work closely with them and other senior GRPI leaders to support the analysis, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a key organisational system. This includes responding to changing user expectations, technological advancements, and evolving reporting, business, and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will also include functional administrative support such as system administration, data reporting and analysis, system performance monitoring and maintenance.
This is a permanent, full time position offering flexibility to work from your preferred location, whether that is your home or from an LWB office. Occasional office attendance will be required for training, meetings, and other business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer business systems to ensure data integrity, up-to-date system integrations, and alignment with current technologies and best practices. Use data analysis to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Prepare and monitor routine and ad-hoc performance reports to support decision-making.
- Analysis, design and implementation of business systems in response to existing business needs, changing user expectations, technological changes, reporting, business and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate system development and upgrades by documenting processes, responding to service desk inquiries, and creating user support and training materials.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to support change management and promote user adoption.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support a collaborative, values-driven work environment aligned with policies and legislation.
- Collaborate with the GRPI team to foster a strong service culture, address systemic issues, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement toward organisational goals.
- Support planning and provide input into strategic system improvements.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Relevant qualifications or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience and oversight of data management systems in high volume environments and / or medium/large organisation, including functional system administration and customer service
- Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and interpreting business requirements effectively, including proposing system improvements, writing specifications and testing functionality.
