About the Role
Reporting to the Adoption & Change Lead, this role will support key programs being delivered as part of a significant investment in digital and business transformation. You will work closely with the business, Program Directors and Project Managers to develop key strategies and plans for stakeholder engagement, communication, training and support to ensure smooth transitions to new processes, technologies or structures and ongoing adoption within a values driven organisation.
This is a full time 12 month maximum term contract. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home and attend the office for workshops, meetings, and collaborative activities where required.
Responsibilities:
- Apply structured change management methodologies to enable successful people-focused transformation.
- Lead change planning activities including impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and training needs analysis.
- Develop and implement tailored change and communication plans to engage and support employees through change.
- Support and track training delivery, adoption metrics, and business readiness across impacted areas.
- Coach senior leaders and people managers to champion and embed change within their teams.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities into broader program plans.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a Change Manager role within large-scale transformation projects.
- Deep knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Expertise in training strategy, material development, and delivery coordination.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking with a solutions-focused approach.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- A passion for making change stick and supporting people through transition.
