Location: Orange with flexible hybrid working arrangements
As a Case Manager in our Intensive Therapeutic Care team, you will provide case management support to Children and Young People living in our therapeutic care homes in the Orange region. Working closely with them and their support networks, you’ll develop and implement therapeutic case plans tailored to individual needs and permanency goals.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience working with children in out-of-home care, the ability to manage complex caseloads, and the skills to support young people who have experienced trauma and neglect to grow, heal, and thrive.

Role Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, or a relevant diploma and be working towards a degree. (A qualification is desirable but not essential for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants with relevant experience and a willingness to undertake further training)
- Previous case management experience within an Intensive Therapeutic Care or Out Of Home Care (OOHC) setting
- Experience supporting Children & Young People with disability, who have experienced backgrounds of trauma, abuse and/or neglect.
- Understanding of current casework practices for children and young people
- Understanding of trauma and its effects on children and young people
- Current drivers’ licence
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check, NSW Working with Children Check & Residential Care Workers Check
