About the Role
Reporting to the head of Employee Experience & Lifecycle and leading a team of 1, you will design, deliver and continuously improve leadership development and organisational capability initiatives across Life Without Barriers.
This newly role is accountable for the end-to-end development and delivery of leadership programs, capability frameworks and learning resources. This includes hands-on instructional design, facilitation, content development and oversight of learning systems (with some LMS administration) and program delivery.
This is a permanent full time position that can be based from anywhere on the East Coast whether that be one of our offices or your home – wherever you work best, however, there will be some travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver leadership development programs for people leaders.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand leadership capability needs and priorities.
- Work closely with People and Culture colleagues to design and deliver fit-for-purpose learning solutions.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, programs and learning sessions, both virtual and face-to-face.
- Design and build eLearning modules using contemporary digital learning authoring tools.
- Develop facilitator guides, participant resources, workbooks and job aids to support learning transfer.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear learning materials.
- Configure learning content, programs, enrolments and learning pathways within the LMS.
- Engage and manage external learning providers, facilitators and coaches as required.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership development and organisational capability initiatives in a complex organisation.
- Proven experience facilitating leadership programs and workshops, both virtual and face-to-face.
- Hands-on experience or an interest in instructional design and development of eLearning modules.
- Strong understanding of leadership development, organisational capability and adult learning principles.
- The ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including peers, employees, and external organisations.
- Sound project management and change support capability.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
