About the Role
Supporting the effective delivery of our Queensland Community Support Services (QCSS) the QCSS Compliance and Reporting Coordinator will manage the onboarding process for new QCSS clients from a range of backgrounds including people with disabilities, mental health conditions, drug and alcohol addiction, complex behaviours and people at risk of homelessness.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively across teams to onboard new clients, ensuring compliance with funding and legislative standards, while driving continuous improvement of services. You will play a vital role in maintaining service quality through providing training and ongoing support to staff to deliver the best possible care to the people we support
This is a Permanent Full Time opportunity, working remotely from home anywhere in Queensland. There may be occasional travel required to meet business needs and for auditing purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the full onboarding process of new QCSS clients
- Conduct regular audits of client files, assessing quality of services and contractual compliance
- Monitor QCSS program performance, including KPIs, reporting and ways to improve service delivery
- Develop and maintain systems to support efficient program operations and administration
- Ensure consistent, high quality service delivery aligned with legislative and funding standards
- Provide training and support to Care Coordinators to maintain service quality and required department standards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on reporting, development, and improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant human services area or relevant experience
- Understanding of QCSS funding and service delivery
- Ability to understand and interpret contractual requirements
- Confidence in utilising a variety of technology including mobile devices and computers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and database systems
- Ability to effectively build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and confidence in delivering training
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously in a fast paced environment
- A current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence, reliable vehicle and a willingness to travel
