About the role

The purpose of the Regional Administrator is to provide a full range of timely confidential administrative and executive support and related services to the Regional Directors and regional offices

This is a permanent full-time position based at any of our Queensland offices. The role includes occasional travel for quarterly meetings, so the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain local administrative systems and procedures and provide administrative support for the effective management of all programs.
  • Coordination of meetings and the taking minutes/actions are met within required timeframes
  • Coordination of events, including booking venues, arranging catering and equipment, and managing invites/attendees
  • In consultation with Regional Directors, provide timely, effective diary management by prioritising and organising meetings, with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Ensure enquiries are managed efficiently within customer service guidelines and all visitors are greeted in a courteous and friendly manner.

Skills & Experience

  •  Qualification in Business Administration, Community Services or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Current Driver Licence

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
