Department Summary
The Economics Department at the University of Oregon, located in the College of Arts and Sciences, features a dedicated group of faculty, staff, and students who lead the field in current economic issues. We are also one of the fastest-growing departments at the University due to the relevance of our subject matter and reputation for excellence in teaching and scholarship.
Position Summary
The Economics Department is creating a pool of applicants for temporary teaching appointments that are of one or more terms duration. Positions may be part-time, limited duration appointments not to exceed one year, but with the possibility of renewal for up to a total of three years depending on programmatic need, funding, and performance.
Minimum Requirements
• Master's in Economics or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Ph.D.
• Teaching experience in Economics or related field.
