As a key member of the PAST leadership team, this role drives planning, resource alignment, and continuous improvement. The manager leads a team of business operations specialists responsible for purchasing, contracting, accounting, and travel, ensuring accuracy, strong internal controls, and excellent customer service. This position also designs and enhances business processes, forms, and workflows to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance across all supported units. |
