Securitisation Reporting Specialist

Working at our iconic office in King’s Cross, London, and virtually via Microsoft Teams

As part of the Treasury Securitisation reporting team, you will be accountable for the internal and external reporting and management of the NewDay securitisation structures in accordance with the legal documentation of the vehicles. You’ll provide the reporting and manage the liquidity of the vehicles and work with others to contribute to the successful funding of NewDay.

You’ll deliver

  • Develop expertise in NewDay securitisation structures to assist with reporting and issue resolution.
  • Produce timely, accurate daily and monthly securitisation reports.
  • Identify and implement improvements in Securitisation Reporting, including software tools.
  • Address complex reporting requirements for investors, rating agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and other teams to ensure accurate reporting and support accounting processes.
  • Contribute to new securitisation models and monthly ALCO reporting.

What you’ll bring

We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or experienced in Securitisation Reporting.
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining risk and control frameworks for accounting reporting.
  • Advanced Excel user with experience developing and reviewing complex spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to communicate effectively with senior management and executives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.

And would love you to know or learn:

  • Awareness of credit card securitisation and reporting
  • Experience of working within a Treasury function
  • Experience and familiarity with legal documentation
  • Experience of bespoke reporting systems implementations
