About the role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced administrative support professional to join our Personal Injuries team in Brisbane as a Legal Services Platform Administrator. The position is a full-time, 6 month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Operations Manager and Division head throughout the rollout of the new Legal Services Platform across Queensland injuries.
You will support the seamless implementation through providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining spreadsheets and rollout plan tasks, managing calendars and reminders across Legal Teams, and assisting with other adhoc tasks to support the rollout as required.
Key responsibilities
- Task Management: Manage task lists for upcoming activities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Meeting Coordination: manage scheduling, meeting room/venue hire and catering
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Information Management: Maintain up-to-date lists and guides, with all relevant information
The Experience We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative support role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience working in a professional services and/or corporate organization is desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Interest in contributing knowledge and learning within the team.
