About the role
Join our Melbourne office as an Associate / Senior Associate Lawyer in the Work injuries team. With a diverse client base, the work is challenging and rewarding with excellent career development opportunities. In joining the team, you will become part of our experienced group of specialised Lawyers who are passionate about extending justice to everyone who needs it. The role is unique and involves an almost exclusive litigation practice across a range of jurisdictions.
You will have sound legal technical skills and be experienced in managing your own file load, with demonstrated decision making and analytical skills.
The experience we are looking for
You are an energetic, client-focused Associate / Senior Associate Lawyer looking to be constantly challenged and to continuously expand your skill set. In addition, you will have:
5+ years post admission experience
Experience working within a Personal Injuries environment ideally with a background in Road Injury matters
Ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrated proactive approach to file management
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high level client service
Experience working in a high-volume work environment
