About the role

Join Australia’s premier Class Actions team in our vibrant Sydney CBD office. With a diverse base of legal cases aimed at securing justice for victims of mass wrongs, our work is challenging and rewarding with excellent career development opportunities.

We are willing to consider candidates from Lawyer to Senior Associate level. You will become part of our experienced group of specialised class actions lawyers who are passionate about extending access to justice and will manage day to day conduct of complex class action litigation under supervision of a Principal Lawyer.

 

The experience we are looking for: 

  • The extent of experience we are seeking will depend on the seniority of the candidate
  • Strong academic capacity
  • Strong technical legal skills; excellent analytical and decision making skills
  • Experience working in complex civil and commercial litigation; experience within Class Actions will be highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with stakeholders including clients, other practitioners, counsel, the Court, and litigation funders
  • Ability to lead and mentor members of a litigation team to achieve a result for our clients
  • Strong attention to detail while being able to see the “big picture” and manage complex litigation to a successful conclusion.
