About the Role:

Are you ready to spearhead transformative change at one of Australia's leading law firms? As the Senior Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisation-wide transformation in legal service delivery. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Transformation, you'll lead the charge in implementing a groundbreaking Case Management System, revolutionising both client and employee experiences. This is a newly created, full-time position, offering you the opportunity to showcase your expertise and make a tangible impact.

The Experience We Are Looking For:

We're seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in navigating complex change initiatives across people, processes, and technology realms. Your exceptional communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills will be critical in driving success. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to thrive both independently and within a team, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale organisational change efforts
  • Proven expertise in Change Management Methodologies, with preference given to Prosci or People-Centred Implementation (PCI)
  • Certification as a Change Management Practitioner, preferably Prosci or PCI
  • Leadership and delivery of Change Management in Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Inspiring leadership abilities, guiding a team of change agents and leading by example
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, adept at decision-making and overcoming obstacles to change
  • Experience in delivering comprehensive training programmes
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Organisational Psychology, Business Management, Computer Science, etc.)
