About the Role
Working within the Transformation team, this role will be pivotal in the implementation of our new Case Management system. This role will focus on ensuring people readiness, coordinating training and communication activities, and maintain strong engagement across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track office readiness activities ahead of go-live
- Support delivery of townhalls, drop-in sessions, and feedback loops
- Draft communications such as updates, reminders, FAQs, and intranet posts
- Help manage and update project intranet space (guides, videos, news)
- Work with the training team to support session logistics and scheduling
- Maintain change impact tracking and updates across teams
- Help track adoption metrics and engagement levels
- Support post go-live surveys, data collection, and analysis
What we are looking for
You will have a passion for supporting people through change and a proven ability to multitask and prioritise workloads. In addition, you will have:
- Experience supporting change, communications, or project coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels and managing multiple priorities
- Strong proficiency in MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process)
