About the Role
Join our Work Injuries practice as a Lawyer based in our Geelong office. In joining the team, you will become part of our experienced group of Specialised Lawyers who are passionate about extending justice to everyone who needs it, and the key focus of this role will be to provide a seamless client experience supporting our clients to get favourable outcomes.
You are someone who has developed a strong expertise as a Road, Work or Personal Injuries Lawyer. What will be key is your drive, determination and your compassion for our clients.
The experience we are looking for:
- 3+ years of Post Admission Experience (PAE): You should have a solid foundation of legal practice and experience
- Specialized Experience in Personal Injuries: We are looking for someone who has worked extensively within a personal injuries’ environment, with a strong background in handling road, work, or public liability matters.
- Team Collaboration: The ability to work effectively within a team is crucial. You should be adept at collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Proactive File Management: Demonstrated experience in taking a proactive approach to managing files is essential. You should be able to handle cases efficiently and anticipate potential issues before they arise.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. You should have a proven track record of providing high-level client service and maintaining positive client relationships.
