About the role
As a Junior Business Analyst at #TeamMB, you’ll support the transformation and optimisation of our Legal and Shared Services processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic environment, working alongside experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you.
You’ll apply lean principles and agile methodologies to help drive operational efficiency and improve client and employee experiences. Through collaboration with stakeholders, participation in workshops, and analysis of data, you’ll contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement and help shape streamlined, future-focused solutions.
The experience we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, proactive, and ready to make an impact. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A foundational understanding of business process optimisation methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and a keen interest in applying them.
- Exposure to Agile ways of working, including writing user stories and using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- A curious mindset with the ability to question existing processes and suggest improvements.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Some experience in process improvement, ideally within cross-functional teams or academic projects.
- Familiarity with process modelling tools and techniques (e.g. BPMN) is a plus.
- Great communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A flexible and self-motivated approach, with a passion for delivering quality outcomes as part of a team.
