About the Opportunity:

The Faculty of Health is seeking an Education-Focused academic to join our Discipline of Nursing. As an Associate Lecturer in Nursing, you will contribute to undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching, coordinate and deliver units, and support student learning. Additionally, you will engage in scholarly and collegial activities within the School and Faculty.

The successful candidate will be a AHPRA registered, with (or working towards) relevant tertiary education qualifications.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering lectures, seminars, practical classes, and tutorials, while undertaking marking and assessment duties.
  • Providing pastoral care and communicating with students.
  • Coordinating units with senior staff support and collaborating with staff.
  • Participating in professional activities and University service, and attending School and Faculty meetings.
