About the opportunity:

 The Learning and Teaching business unit are seeking a Manager, Education Quality and Excellence to provide leadership, strategic development and oversight of a dedicated team that supports best practice course delivery through course quality assurance, academic policy development and review and scholarly practice.

We are looking for a proactive leader, with a history of leading and managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in quality assurance and process enhancement, complemented by exceptional analytical abilities and a commitment to evidence-based decision-making. A thorough understanding of changing landscape of policy, evolving learning and teaching challenges and service provision in relation the Higher Education Standards is paramount to excel in this role.

Using your excellent communication skills, you will help to shape the future of learning and teaching at UC by partnering with our faculties to enhance the quality of our educational offerings.
