About the opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for developing and managing database platforms, as well as engaging with stakeholders.

As part of a small, collaborative team, you will adopt both independent and cooperative approaches to your work. In this role, you will utilise, your knowledge of database management, and skills across the Microsoft Power Platform suite to manage the university’s Enterprise Partnerships portal, and support faculties and business areas with their partner information management needs. The position offers a level of autonomy while requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance processes and improve efficiencies.

To thrive in this role, you must have knowledge, skills and experience in the following tasks:

  • General office administration
  • Maintenance, development, and enhancement of a database and / or information management systems i.e. CRM database
  • Contribute to the creation of new digital platform artifacts using the Microsoft Power platform suite of applications
  • Scripting in HTML and JavaScript
  • Website design for digital platform pages, including the website and intranet
  • Providing user support to all platform users
  • Conducting introductory training sessions for new users
  • Developing a comprehensive user guide
  • Preparing and maintaining technical documentation for the portal platform
