About the role:

Working within an established team of dedicated professionals, the Business and Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Data, Analytics, and Insights business unit, bringing a strong focus on data analytics and reporting across the university.

This role will require you to gather, elicit, and interpret business requirements for complex data analytics projects and activities. You'll have the opportunity to analyse business processes, translating them into technical requirements, and documenting user manuals for stakeholders. You will design, develop, and maintain relational data models and highly efficient, user-friendly reports and interactive dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SAP BI, and SQL.

In this role, you will manage cross-functional reporting and analytics projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within resource constraints, and with high stakeholder satisfaction. You will also fulfil ad-hoc business intelligence requests, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to meet data and reporting needs promptly.

Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining and updating existing data models and reports, as well as designing training for end users and contributing to the University's data literacy initiatives.
