The Harvey Norman Traralgon Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Warehouse Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

The role:

As Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient dispatch and receiving of orders, while leading a team committed to delivering great service every day. This is a role where you can truly make an impact while contributing to the long-term success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full range of warehouse operations, including order dispatch, receiving, and stock management
• Lead and motivate your team to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse processes
• Ensure the timely, accurate distribution of goods and manage truck loading
• Maintain attention to detail in checking delivery sheets and keeping accurate stock levels
• Uphold our strong commitment to workplace health and safety policies
• Liaise with customers and suppliers, providing exceptional service

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in warehouse management or logistics
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
• Organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Forklift, Drivers, and Pickers Licence (preferred)
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering results
