The Harvey Norman Capalaba Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders and liaising with customers and providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:
·  Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
·  Enjoy working in a team environment as well as on your own

What we require:
·  Ability to listen, learn and practice what's learnt in a right way alongside with punctuality, honesty and trustworthy 
·  To be highly organised and possess great time management skills as multiple deliveries needed to be managed
·  Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail to ensure stock accuracy
·  Experience checking delivery sheets 
·  Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of the store, including loading and unloading of trucks
·  A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
·  Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude and be physically fit as heavy lifting is required
·  Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines as well as liaising with salespeople and store offsite warehouse team 
·  Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades
