Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure efficient and effective management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage staff, including rostering, training, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure the store's presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer inquiries
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed sales reports
  • Implement promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement
  • Advise customers on bathroom and kitchen design solutions, ensuring they receive expert guidance throughout the buying process

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role
  • Experience in bathroom and kitchen product sales or home improvement retail is highly desirable
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyse sales data, and drive business growth
  • Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
