About the role  

Reporting to the General Manager of Product Care and based onsite at the Homebush West Corporate Office, you’ll ensure timely and accurate delivery of Finance and Reporting obligations, while actively contributing to continuous improvement across the Product Care Program.

You will also;

  • Coordinate and distribute monthly credit enquiry.
  • Provide reconciliation checks across suppliers, franchisees and finance teams.
  • Oversee the processing and documentation of invoice payments.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to work through data discrepancies.
  • Identify, test and implement new Master Data rules for SAP and downstream systems.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports to key stakeholders and provide ad hoc data analysis and insights as needed.
  • Coordinate new requirements for data and reports required to support the Operations and Continuous Improvement Manager.
  • Provide support in identifying process gaps and improvements.

About you  

You have proven experience in data enquiry or reconciliation roles, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments without compromising accuracy. You have a strong ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines as required.

You will also have: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
  • Advanced level of Excel skills including the ability to create, update and maintain excel spreadsheets using pivot tables, V-lookup, formulas, creating macros and reporting.
  • Ability to extract, manipulate and report on large volumes of data.
