Test Lead

We have recently embarked on a journey to streamline processes, reduce technological complexity, and boost efficiency within our people management systems. This initiative will improve people data management, compliance, visibility and analytics, productivity, and employee engagement for approximately 15,000 people across Australia and New Zealand.

About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large scale, complex HCM transformation. Joining a multi-disciplinary, agile team you will be responsible for designing, developing and executing test scenarios and cases supporting large scale data migration from multiple platforms into one solution.

You will:

  • Manage and drive System Test, Systems Integration, Parallel Payroll Testing and User acceptance test execution, testing incident (defect) management and weekly progress reporting
  • Own the Test Scenarios and Test Case formulation process. These should be traced back to the Requirements Traceability Matrix for coverage.
  • Coordinate resources in Australia and New Zealand during the various testing stages.
  • Understand business and functional requirements and related acceptance criteria
  • Execute test runs and cycles for core, client, integration/API and interface solutions
  • Report on results, take appropriate action and proactively link incidents/defects to underlying problems to prevent future issues and make improvement recommendations

About you
Having worked as a Test Lead on large scale HCM transformation projects, you will have strong test management, stakeholder & vendor management experience. You will also have proven experience creating and communicating test summary reports and status updates to all relevant stakeholders, along with exposure to Zephyr, Jira and Confluence.

Dayforce HCM (Core HR, Talent, WFM, Payroll) or similar experience is a must.
