Marketing Manager - Electrical

About the role  

Reporting to the General Manager of Electricals and based onsite at the corporate office in Homebush West, you will support the Electrical team with a passion for driving brand growth and customer engagement in the electrical category. With strong experience in campaign management, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration, you bring strategic thinking and hands-on execution to every initiative.

Responsibilities include; 

  • Oversee advertising campaigns across traditional and digital media to ensure alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Formulate and implement strategic marketing plans that support company goals and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with product managers to execute promotions consistent with brand communication standards.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage documentation and reports effectively
  • Ensure all advertising complies with Australian Consumer Law and complete required compliance training.

About you  

You will have previous experience in a marketing role, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload effectively. You will also be friendly, energetic, and genuinely enjoy interacting with people.

You will also have;

  • Excellent verbal & written communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and lead and support a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive approach to verifying completed tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
