Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Small Appliance Salesperson to join our Thomastown store. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our customers find the perfect electrical products to suit their needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable electrical products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and product features to effectively assist customers.
• Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall success.
• Store Presentation: Ensure the electrical department is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive and productive store atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electrical products and technology is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
