Harvey Norman Commercial is currently seeking a motivated Full Time Stock Coordinator to join the team based in Stapylton.

Harvey Norman Commercial Specialises in the supply of plumbing and electrical goods to project and home builders, developers, and architects.

Your responsibilities:

• Process incoming client purchase orders
• Generate purchase orders and coordinate supplier deliveries into various warehouses
• Handle queries/stock delivery enquiries from clients
• Coordinate stock and timely delivery schedules for clients
• Coordinate stock returns
• Liaise with Account Managers regarding customer accounts
• Actively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
• Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders

What we require:

• Some exposure in a customer service environment
• Superior communication skills as you will be liaising with various stakeholders across the building industry
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude
• An ability to pick up processes and systems efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
• Basic Microsoft and Outlook knowledge
• Efficient typing skills
• A strong attention to detail
• The ability to handle multiple tasks
