Harvey Norman Commercial is seeking a Site Relations Officer.

Job Description

The Site Relations Officer is key to ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution between clients, builders, and the company. This role involves seeking weekly updates from builders, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a seamless handover to clients The Officer will also maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels. Other responsibilities include driving to site, obtaining client feedback, and updating CRM. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.

Typical Duties: 

• Seek weekly updates from builders on the status of properties under construction
• Quickly and professionally resolve any issues that may arise throughout construction
• Call clients under construction to ensure they are happy, do not have questions, are responding to tasks quickly
• Client satisfaction remains high
• Obtain client feedback for internal use
• Some lifting will be required for urgent deliveries

Qualifications and Experience:

• Knowledge of the construction industry is preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in task completion
• Excellent organisational skills for efficient multi-tasking, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) experience is desirable
