The Harvey Norman Port Macquarie Technology & Entertainment Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Sales Consultant to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers. 

Who we are looking for:

• Must be confident and able to communicate effectively with customers 
• Possess a 'can do attitude', be focused and can work in a fast-paced environment  
• You have an interest or passion for technology products, a general knowledge is all that is required
• You are a team player and work well in a team environment 
• An understanding of sales, budgets and KPIs would be preferable
• Ability to work 5 days a week including weekends is essential

 About the Role 

• Your primary job will be sales and to achieve budgets with KPIs 
• A large part of your role is to sell mobiles phones and connect customers to the Optus network
• Providing customer service by going above and beyond
• Constant training involved to help improve your product knowledge
• Cashiering as well as assisting customers at the photo lab
• Assist with customer repairs and receiving of stock
• Assist with merchandising and updating sales tickets regularly
• Guaranteed base earnings + attractive commission 
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
