We are seeking a Dropship Creditors Team Leader who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the creditors division specifically within the Dropship team.

About the role
This pivotal role, located in Homebush west will see you providing strong and effective leadership to the team to ensure efficient management of invoice processing, debtors and creditors and overall operations within the dropship space.

You will also:

• Support the wider leadership team to oversee daily operations of the team including but not limited to their performance, development, training and roster scheduling
• Assist in establishing and refining processes and procedures to align with the companies strategic goals
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely payments are made while maintaining positive relationships
• Monitor and review the teams operations and provide useful reports using a number of different systems such as POS, Magento, Virtualstock and SAP
• Foster a high-quality, motivating environment for the team

About you
You will pride yourself on your ability to collaborate with and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain best practice processes.

You will also have;

• Proven experience within an operational team supporting creditors, Debtors and payments
• Experience leading and mentoring a team including performance management and staff development
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• A motivated and results driven personality, with a passion for outstanding customer service
